Are you taking care of yourself right now and slowing down or are you procrastinating?

How do you know the difference?

I simply follow the wisdom of Confucius who says:

"It does not matter how slowly you go, as long as you do not stop."

If you are sick or not feeling well, by all means take a break and get well.

If you are feeling overwhelmed, take a mental health day to recover.

It is completely normal to feel more distracted and less productive during uncertain times.

Just slow down, and simply focus on one thing at a time.

However, do not simply stop working on something if is something that is important to you.

If you keep on putting off taking any action, you are procrastinating.

Once we stop working on something, it is a lot harder to gain momentum again and get back in the swing of things.

So go slowly, but do not stop.
